TAMAN BALEKAMBANG

After our micro teaching at UTP (Universitas Tunas Pembangunan), we were scheduled to go to Taman Balekambang with our buddies that is why we were still wearing our practicum uniform. Our mode of transportation was motorbike which were drove by our buddies. It took us around 15-20 minutes from Campus 2.
We walked around Taman Balekambang with our buddies. It was very spacious and has many old trees. People usually go there during the day with their family or friends to have a picnic, see different animals or to just simply hang out. We've seen many animals who are free to walk and run around. As much as we wanted to interact with the animals, we were scared that we might get hurt so we kind of distance ourselves from them.
Two of my friends who are also participants of the SEA-TEACH Project tried the ride on the lake. As Krizel and I together with the buddies were about to ride, the rain started to fall so we ended up running to a place with a roof.
Our friends and buddies were stuck on the other side of the lake and we all just waited for the rain to stop.
Pak Risma went to Taman Balekambang to pick us up with his car but since our other friends were stuck on the other side of the lake with no umbrella, we just stayed where we are and waited for the rain to stop.
It was still drizzling but one of my buddies told me to strike a pose and so I did. Anyway, I only got to go there once so why not grab the opportunity.
After taking pictures, i immediately run to Pak Risma's car because it looked like it was going to rain hard again.
