My departure from Philippines to Bali was January 9, 2019 at 6:35 in the evening, so I, together with my dad and classmates, left Naga City last January 8 at 9 in the evening and arrived in Cubao at around 5 in the morning. We used our remaining hours before we depart to rest and double check all our things

When I was already at the airport, I had mixed emotions while waiting for our flight. I was excited because it’s my first time to go to Indonesia and I was given an opportunity to stay there for almost a month. On the other hand, I felt melancholic because I know I will surely miss home and I won’t be able to do my usual routine for a month. Nonetheless, I told myself to grab the opportunity to explore the beauty of Surakarta, Indonesia, take home all the learnings that I'll be gaining, and just enjoy every single day of it.
